Summaries of  all meetings  are available by year at the drop down menus provided  here.  Upon close inspection you may notice the different naming conventions used over the years.  For example  Planning Committee changed to RWMG and Coordinating Committee to Administrative Committee. Theses changes reflect organizational changes that occurred within the past several years but essentially represent the same decision making bodies.
